Fashion
American sustainable footwear brand founded in New York City by Chloe Songer and Stuart Ahlum, whose name references the thousands of pairs of shoes discarded into landfills each year. The brand manufactures its sneakers in a family-owned factory in Franca, Brazil, using plant-based and recycled materials, and operates a closed-loop take-back program in partnership with SuperCircle through which customers can return worn pairs for recycling in exchange for store credit. Thousand Fell was among the first footwear brands to design explicitly for end-of-life recyclability from the outset.
