Fashion
New York-based luxury fashion brand founded in 2001 by American designer Thom Browne, known for a distinctive aesthetic built on rigorously tailored suiting in compressed proportions, grosgrain detailing, and a signature grey flannel palette. Zegna Group acquired an 85% stake in August 2018 at a $500 million valuation, with Browne retaining the remaining interest and his role as chief creative officer. Since the acquisition, the brand has expanded into womenswear, accessories, fragrance, and eyewear, shifting from a primarily wholesale model toward owned retail across some 300 stores in 40 countries.
