Italian boutique weaving mill founded in 1981 by Adalgiso Ubertino in Pratrivero, Biella, specialising in high-end womenswear fabrics including tweed and jacquard. Zegna Group acquired a 60% majority stake in June 2021, with the two sons of the founder retaining the remaining 40% and continuing management and creative direction. Tessitura Ubertino serves as a research and innovation hub for luxury womenswear textiles within the group's filiera platform.
