South Korean cosmetics manufacturer and brand operator co-founded in 2017 by Lee Yong-hak and Jung Seo-rin, operating the Round Lab brand. Private equity firms Calypso Capital and Meritz Securities acquired a 100% stake in the company in 2022 for approximately ₩230 billion, before Goodai Global acquired it in September 2025 for a reported ₩800 billion ($600 million) as part of its ₩800 billion fundraising round — the largest single acquisition in Goodai's history at that point.
