PVH Corp is a public company.

American publicly traded apparel company with roots in a shirtmaking business founded in 1881. Originally known as Phillips-Van Heusen, PVH grew into a global fashion conglomerate through two landmark acquisitions: Calvin Klein in 2003 for $400 million and Tommy Hilfiger in 2010 for $3 billion.

Headquartered in New York and listed on the NYSE, PVH operates across more than 40 countries and generates approximately $8–9 billion in annual revenue. In 2021, PVH divested its Heritage Brands division, sharpening its focus on the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger labels.
