British privately held sporting goods and fashion conglomerate owned by the Rubin family, with roots in a Liverpool shoe wholesaling business founded in 1932.

The group grew significantly after acquiring a majority stake in Reebok in 1981, which was sold to Adidas in 2005. Its current portfolio includes Ellesse, Berghaus, Speedo, Canterbury, and Mitre.
