British materials science and apparel brand founded in London by a collective of scientists, technologists, and designers led by Russian entrepreneur Miroslava Duma, who had previously built Future Tech Lab, an incubator focused on sustainable material innovation.

The brand grew rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic as demand for loungewear surged and high-profile figures were photographed in its brightly coloured bio-based garments. Pangaia conducts its materials research and development in Florence, Italy, and holds several patents in sustainable textile technologies. Abu Dhabi conglomerate Royal Group acquired a controlling stake in January 2025.
