Fashion
American tween girls' fashion brand originally launched in January 2004 by Too, Inc. (formerly Limited Too) as a lower-priced companion to Limited Too, targeting girls aged 7–12 with apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products. By 2008 all Limited Too stores had been converted to the Justice banner. Parent company Ascena Retail Group filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2020, and Bluestar Alliance acquired the Justice brand at auction for approximately $90 million in November 2020. The brand has since shifted to a pure-play licensing model, distributed primarily through Walmart.
