German haute horlogerie manufacture founded in 1845 by Ferdinand Adolph Lange in Glashütte, Saxony. The brand established Glashütte as a centre of fine German watchmaking before being nationalised under East Germany in 1948. It was re-established in 1990 by Walter Lange, Ferdinand Adolph Lange's great-grandson, following German reunification. A. Lange & Söhne relaunched in October 1994 with four landmark models including the Lange 1, and is now regarded as Germany's foremost luxury watchmaker. Richemont acquired A. Lange & Söhne in 2000 as part of its acquisition of Les Manufactures Horlogères.

ABT Asia

Australian merino wool farm in New South Wales, acquired by Zegna Group in 2014 as the upstream anchor of its vertically integrated supply chain. The farm raises approximately 10,000 to 12,500 merino sheep across around 2,500 hectares, producing the superfine wool fleece that feeds directly into Lanificio Zegna's fabric production. The acquisition reflects Zegna's stated philosophy that controlling the fibre is fundamental to controlling the quality and provenance of the finished product.

Swedish luxury fashion house founded in Stockholm in 1996 by Jonny Johansson as part of a multidisciplinary creative collective called ACNE — an acronym for Ambition to Create Novel Expressions. The brand became known after Johansson produced 100 pairs of raw denim jeans with red stitching in 1997 that attracted international press attention. Acne Studios became a standalone fashion company in 2006 and has since grown into a globally respected house with a multidisciplinary approach spanning ready-to-wear, accessories, publications, furniture, and exhibitions. Allbirds is an American company originating in New Zealand that sells footwear and apparel, co-founded in 2015 by Tim Brown and Joey Zwillinger. 

Allbirds was founded through an initial fundraising of US$119,000 on Kickstarter and has based its corporate identity on sustainability. Allbirds went public on November 3, 2021, but experienced poor sales soon afterwards; executive turnover followed the company through the end of 2024. 

In early 2026, Allbirds closed all of its full-price retail stores in the U.S., shifting completely to online sales. In March 2026, Allbirds sold its brand and footwear assets to the management and licensing firm American Exchange Group for $39 million, and in April 2026, announced a pivot to focus on "AI compute infrastructure" under the name "NewBird AI".

British dry shampoo brand launched in 1975 by Schwarzkopf in the United Kingdom as a branded alternative to using talcum powder to extend time between hair washes. Batiste was one of the first commercial aerosol dry shampoos and became embedded in British fashion and salon culture through the 1980s and 1990s, with American stylists reportedly filling their suitcases with the product when visiting London. Schwarzkopf sold the brand to Vivalis in 2001. Church & Dwight acquired Batiste from Vivalis in June 2011 for approximately $20 million as a bolt-on to its UK operations, and subsequently built the brand into the world's leading dry shampoo, launching it in the United States in 2015. The brand is sold in over 90 countries.

The Maison partnered with Paul Mercier in 1918 to form Baume & Mercier, becoming known for classically elegant, accessible luxury timepieces including the Clifton and Hampton collections. Richemont acquired Baume & Mercier through its ownership of Vendôme Luxury Group. In January 2026 Richemont announced it would sell Baume & Mercier to the Italian Damiani Group, with the transaction pending completion.

American women's contemporary fashion brand founded in San Francisco in 1976 by Iranian-born entrepreneur Manny Mashouf, built on a bold, body-conscious aesthetic targeting fashion-forward women. At its peak bebe operated over 200 retail stores in North America. In 2017 the company closed all its physical stores and pivoted to a pure IP licensing model; in 2018 Bluestar Alliance assumed brand management. The brand is known for its United Colors of Benetton label and, from 1982, for provocative advertising campaigns by photographer Oliviero Toscani addressing social issues. Benetton listed on the Milan Stock Exchange in 1986 but was delisted in May 2012 after the family holding company Edizione completed a full buyout. Johnson continued as creative director until 2020, when her daughter Lulu took over creative leadership.

Hawaiian Tropic became the largest private-label sun care manufacturer in the United States, growing through its signature tropical scent profile and the Miss Hawaiian Tropic International pageant series which ran from 1984 to 2010. Rice sold the brand to Playtex Products in May 2007 for $83 million. When Energizer Holdings acquired Playtex in 2007, Hawaiian Tropic entered Energizer's personal care portfolio, and later became part of Edgewell Personal Care when Energizer spun off its personal care business in 2015.
