American maternity apparel company originally founded as Mothers Work, Inc. Operated as the parent entity for the Motherhood Maternity, A Pea in the Pod, and Destination Maternity retail brands. Filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2019; intellectual property subsequently acquired by Marquee Brands. Operational control of the brands was transferred to Hatch Collective in 2023.
