Founded in 2012, Craver also operates advisory and export services for K-beauty brands. Goodai Global acquired management rights of Craver Corporation for ₩245.6 billion, bringing SKIN1004 into the Goodai portfolio. Following the acquisition, former Gmarket CEO Jeon Hang-il was appointed as representative.
