Centric Brands is a parent company.

New York-based apparel company that designs, sources, markets, and sells products under more than 100 owned and licensed brands across kids, men's, women's, and accessories categories. Originally founded in 1987 as Innovo Inc. and later renamed Differential Brands and then Centric following a transformative acquisition of Global Brands Group's North American licensing business in 2018. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in May 2020 due to pandemic-related debt and emerged later that year as a private entity backed by Blackstone, Ares Management Corp., and HPS Investment Partners. Owned brands include Robert Graham and Hudson Jeans.
