French-American fashion brand founded in New York in 1998 by French designer Catherine Malandrino, known for sensual, feminine designs that blended Parisian chic with New York energy. Elie Tahari took a stake in the brand in the early 2010s, and Bluestar Alliance acquired the Catherine Malandrino brand from Tahari ASL in 2013. The brand now operates as a licensed contemporary label distributed through department stores and e-commerce.
