Calvin Klein is owned by PVH Corp.

American fashion house founded in 1968 by designer Calvin Klein and his childhood friend and business partner Barry Schwartz, initially as a coat shop in New York City's York Hotel with $10,000 in capital. The brand grew into one of the most recognizable names in American fashion, known for provocative advertising and a minimalist, sensual aesthetic across jeans, underwear, fragrance, and ready-to-wear. PVH Corp acquired Calvin Klein Inc. in 2003 for approximately $700 million, and further consolidated the brand in 2013 with the $2.8 billion acquisition of Warnaco Group — the largest Calvin Klein licensee. Global retail sales under the Calvin Klein brand reached approximately $9.3 billion in 2022.
