Bershka is owned by Inditex.

Spanish fast fashion retailer created by Inditex in April 1998 to target a younger demographic than Zara, with a focus on urban and trend-driven clothing for women and men. In August 2022, along with Pull&Bear and Stradivarius, Bershka exited its physical retail operations in China and closed its Tmall stores.
